Every paid edition sold directly through SecretosSagrados.com is covered by a 90 calendar day money back guarantee. The 90 day period begins on the payment date shown on the Stripe receipt.
To request a refund, email secretossagrados@gmail.com within that period and include the email used at checkout plus the Stripe receipt or order number. An explanation is welcome but not required.
What happens after a digital refund
An approved refund returns the purchase price to the original payment method. Access to the refunded ebook, audiobook, complete digital collection, and any edition-specific extras will end after the refund is issued. Downloaded files remain subject to the personal-use license and must not be retained, shared, or redistributed after the license ends.
Duplicate or incorrect purchases
If the same edition is purchased twice by mistake, or the wrong digital edition is selected, contact support with both the checkout email and Stripe receipt. We will correct or refund the affected order as appropriate.
Delivery problems
If verified digital access is not delivered as described, contact support so we can restore access or provide the purchased files. If the problem cannot be resolved, the order is eligible for a refund. The digital delivery policy explains the fulfillment process.
How refunds are received
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we submit a refund, the customer’s bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears. There is no restocking or return-shipping fee because launch editions are digital.
No subscriptions
The editions currently planned for this site are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Any future recurring offer would require separate, clear terms and affirmative customer consent before it could be charged.
Rights that cannot be limited
This policy does not reduce any non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law.
