Digital delivery
Ebook and audiobook access is designed to be issued automatically after Stripe verifies a successful payment. Access instructions will be sent to the email entered at checkout and will normally arrive within minutes.
If the message does not arrive, check spam or filtered folders and then email secretossagrados@gmail.com from the address used at checkout. Include the Stripe receipt or order number. A browser return page by itself is not proof of payment and does not release protected files.
Digital-only launch
All launch editions are digital. Nothing will be mailed, no shipping address is needed, and no shipping charge will be added. The book-cover presentation on the site identifies the work; it does not represent a physical product for sale.
Formats and device requirements
The order page will identify the file or access formats included with each edition before payment. Customers should review those details against the devices and reading or listening applications they plan to use.
Secure access
Access links and protected files are for the purchaser’s personal use. They may be subject to reasonable security controls and must not be published, resold, or shared with others.
Delayed or missing access
Email support with the checkout email and Stripe receipt if access does not arrive or a link fails. We will restore access, provide the purchased files through a supported method, or issue a refund when the delivery problem cannot be resolved. See the refund policy.
Future formats
A physical edition is not part of the launch offering. If one is introduced later, it will receive separate availability, shipping, return, and delivery terms before any physical order can be accepted.
